OUTsurance Review: I called today to change a policy (comprehensive car insurance) and spoke to Chanelle Naidoo. She really impressed me with her excellent client service - even asking if I want her to call me back so that I do not use my airtime! We then discussed my one policy and she was able to give me exactly the same cover at a much better price! She then reviewed my 3 other policies with OUTsurance (without me asking) and I walked away a very happy client, as she was able to reduce all my payments. Thank you Chanelle and OUTsurance for excellent service, I have been with your for over 9 years and you have never disappointed me
