OUTsurance. Removing the misery when sh$T happens.!

<p>I am a long term customer of OUTsurance , at least for the past 10 years, and have been fortunate enough not ever having to register a claim. Unfortunately however, the crime statistics in the country eventually caught up with me. My home was broken into in June 2016. The *****'s made off with electronic devices and my wallet containing credit cards, drivers and firearm licenses. I made contact with OUTsurance to register the claim and was truly impressed with the service I received and the manner in which it was provided. </p> <p>Nonhlanhla Mathe was the advisor assigned to my claim and Corne De Bruyn the assessor. Both these ladies provided outstanding support and guidance in order for me to finalize submission of the claim. Within a week of the incident, service providers whom would action the claim, contacted me and replacement goods started arriving at my doorstep.</p> <p>Thank you, and well done OUTsurance. Not only did Corne and Nonhlanhla live up to the OUTsurance image we so often see and hear about in the media... they exceed it. </p>
