Outsurance service has been very good for the years I have been their client. My cars and household contents have been insured with them. Claims have always been handled promptly. I sold my car in January due to deteriorating health and eyesight, and had to cancel my policy, which they did without much fuss, unlike Tracker SA, who want to deduct the monthly premium for the Tracker Unit until the end of March 2024 (3 year contract period), eventhough I do not have a car.
