OUTSURANCE rejected Claim
My Claim is rejected because of a payment that did not go off my account so on the 27th of Dec 2024 morning I called in for Outsurance to double debit my account on the 31st of Dec 2024 ,around 13.00h I met in an accident my car written off and Outsurance have debited my Bank with the full amount and still rejected my claim I have 2 cars with them and I have been a loyal customer with them from 2020 I have no help
