Outsurance refusing to pay excess recovery money
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my ongoing claim, which has not been handled with efficiency or urgency that I expected from Outsurance. I feel severly ****** to have received a poor dismissal of my claim being not paid. It was on the morning of 15 July 2024, bus Reg nr: DGW 348 GP Mandla Mahlangu the driver rolled back into my car damaging it and tried to flee and I had to stop him. Their customer; Grundling bus driver is refusing to admit that he did it. I went to do an accident report alone after he had left the scene without waiting for police. It's almost a year of refusing to pay the damage. I had to pay R16,900 from my own pocket of something that I was not at fault. Grundling bus company and Outsurance are taking me for granted because I am a woman and I don't have proof as the cameras at that intersection were/are not working for the footage purposes.
Please assist with recovery of my money from Outsurance and Grundling bus.
