OUTSURANCE REFUSING TO PAY AS PER CONTRACT

I warn anyone planning to insure with outsurance that they would be doing that at their own risk. Outsurance has lots of adverts just to lure you into taking insurance with them knowing they won't pay incase of a claim. My son had an accident driving the mothers car and outsurance declined to pay because they needed tracking trips since the vehicle was purchased. This informationis not relavent to the accident and the clain. They came to the house, interviewed my son, called his friends asking personal information. They wanted an excuse and couldn't find any and they used the tracking history as an excuse. They said they want to see if we had a valid contract yet they are still debating our account with premiums. If you were considering Outsurance, just know you are taking a risk and you won't be paid.
