Outsurance refuses to listen to customers and will not cancel my policy

I have requested on two occasions for my policy to be cancelled, with 31 May being the last day of insurance and the policy being cancelled from 1 June 2017. I have spent over an hour on the phone with one consultant the first time and the second consultant refused to listen to me about cancelling the policy. I have no interest in explaining and convincing a service provider of my personal choices. Why does outsurance think they have the right to interrogate me and try to bully me in to retaining my policy? That is most definitely not the way to retain customers that is how you **** customers off to the point that they will never consider your company for any services in the future - as is the case with me now. LET ME BE VERY CLEAR ABOUT MY REQUIREMENT, WHICH IS NOT UP FOR ANY DISCUSSION WHATSOEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT THE POLICY CANCELLED AT THE END OF THE DAY ON 31 MAY AND I WANT NOTHING FURTHER TO DO WITH OUTSURANCE, I DO NOT WANT ANY CONSULTANT TO CONTACT ME AND I DO NOT WANT TO SPEND ANOTHER MINUTE WITH ANY OF YOUR STAFF REFUSING TO LISTEN TO MY REQUEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I NEED CONFIRMATION OF THIS CANCELLATION - THE LAST DAY ON COVER BEING 31 MAY 2017.

Hi nsmarley,

Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention. Our client care manager Brian contacted you to get the matter resolved. The call recordings were listened to and it was established that the advisors were giving you advice and doing product comparisons to ensure you make the correct financial decision. No where did the advisors refuse to honor your request. Subsequently the policy has been cancelled and a cancellation email was sent to you.

Regards, Kelvin
