Outsurance Refuses to cancel my policy
I took out life cover with Outsurance on 16 Oct. I have decided to cancel the policy and I am told that Outsurance can't cancel the policy because there was a cession to Nedbank which I did not agree to. Outsurance gives me the run around of going to Nedbank to get a cession cancellation letter which Nedbank says they do not give out because my bond does not have a condition of life cover on it so Outsurance should cancel my contarct with my bond quote which I supp**** Outsurance with and they still do not want to cancel my policy. For someone dealing with Outsurance For the first time, this is appalling service as they made changes to my policy without my consent and they are making it my problem.

She explained we did our best to get the policy cancelled for you. We also contacted Nebank , attempting to obtain a release letter, all our attempts being in vain.
She explained again why we have no authorisation of cancelling your policy. She invited you to contact her directly should you have ny further enquiries.
