Outsurance refused to pay
I was driving light motor vehicle at shopping mall parking area , then truck bumped on my car then the owner refer the matter to Outsurance. Outsurance requested documents : copies of ID, driving license, vehicle registration document, pictures of damaged car, Outsurance claim form and Accident Report form from the police station, all were send to Outsurance to start claim process. Regrettably Outsurance said i must provide them with enough evidence. I'm very disappointed because ENOUGH evidence is on Accident Report Form.

07 Jul 2023, 08:44Good day Oupa,
Not good to hear about the accident. We hope no one was injured.
Further to our private response, we can confirm that Mmeli our legal manager contacted you to discuss the merits of the claim in detail. Mmeli advised you that in order for us to review the claim we do require further evidence such as video footage or witness statements.
We base our decision on case law and information at our disposal. Our decision to refute liability remains unchanged.
We do apologise for the disappointing outcome of your 3rd party claim.
