Outsurance refuse to pay my claim!

On the 11th of September 2021 we were in an accident on the R31. I need to claim against the 3rd party insurance regarding the accident but Outsurance after numerous emails said that I dont have a case, in spite of the fact that the accident was not because of my negligence. The police also neglect to do a proper accident report so the lawyer of outsurance said that I dont even have a case, because of that I still need to pay a written of vehcile for time being. PLEASE ASSIST!!!!
