OUTSURANCE REFUSAL TO PAY OUT CLIENT REFFERAL FEE

I referred my son to outsurance two months ago and was promised a refferal fee. I have been waiting all of this time. Each time consultant says the previous person that handled the matter logged a case. The last time the refferal was requested the agent said he will make sure that the money is credited to my insurance account. He even said that he will get his supervisor on the case.

I AM ON THE BRINK OF CONVINCING MY SON TO MOVE HIS INSURANCE AND TO MOVE MINE AS WELL.

They use all kinds of calming languages and means of assuring you but they don't deliver.
