Outsurance reflecting arrears on credit record

<p>I am trying to apply for vehicle finance but outsuarance is reflecting arrears on my credit record. How is that possible, insurance is a pay as you go service if you dont pay you dont get covered. How can I be in arrears? Ive made 2 claims the excess was deducted and the rest was paid out or replaced. I have phoned twice and they assured me it was sorted out but when I app**** again I was declined because of outsurance. I am really not happy about this</p>
