Outsurance referrals not paid out

The Outsurance referral program is a wonderful service but for the past 6 months it never came to me. 6 months later after numerous attempts of fixing the issue, I was told by the manager that it was app**** to F Esau and not R Omar. Your service for referrals is **** - I hereby escalate this matter to Head Office and expect a response regarding my horrible journey with Outsurance. You need to train your staff properly. Thanks for wasting 6 months of my time. How can you help me???
