Outsurance Referral ****

I have conclusive evidence that the Outsurance "Refer and Earn" aka "Refer a Friend" promotion is a **** campaign. On 5th December 2024 I referred a potential who was going to take delivery of her car soon. I received a "Thanks for your referral" reply almost immediately with the promise that I will received a R1000 discount to my premiums if she joins and then after R1000 in premiums are paid by the new client. Outsurance contacted her and successfully signed her up as a new client with a new policy number. On 5th March 2025 I sent an email to enquire about the R1000 which had not yet been app**** to my premiums. I have not been contacted by anyone. I sent a reminder on 20.03.2025 - still no response. I sent another reminder 24.03.2025 and received an automated response that my enquiry has been allocated to a team member and I will be contacted soon. Still nothing. Meanwhile they are enjoying the benefits of a client that they might otherwise not have had. This is not the first time it's happened to me.
