Outsurance refer and earn program -- TOTAL ****

Outsurance refer and earn program is really a ****. Everytime i refer a family member to take up car insurance with Outsurance I have to budget lot of airtime and my time calling them to ensure that the R1000.00 premium discount is awarded after the successful referral. If you don't follow up they never say anything to give you the amount promised. I am really loosing trust with Outsurance especially with their refer and earn program. I am even tempted to change them and advise my family to never refer anyone. Before writting this review, I read the T&C in and out and i am still very disappointed at the fact that Outsurance does not own up to their promises as stipulated in the T&C.

If my case is not resolved shortly I will take my issue to the ombudsman since Outsurance is not living up to its promises when you successfully refer a family member
