Outsurance Rediculous premium increase

<p>I recieved an email of my new revised premium, Outsurance had Increase my premium by 57.2% i called to query it and was told that because i had 1 claim (first claim ever in over +-6 Years) i was also told that i have "invested" over R33000 in premiums (more than half of my actual claim) that i must accept the new premium, I wanted to cancel the policy. i was put through to a rention manager who said she will investigate and see if they can reduce the increase and will call me back, no phone call and I recieved an email this morning on the revised premium , 52.5% increase and it will will be revised again on 30 November 2016 - I have R150000 cover on house hold contents only, no vehicles and Outsurance wants R740pm - absolutly rediculous. Outsurance claim to be the best but as long as you dont claim - ****************</p>
