OUTSURANCE REALLY OUT OF IT!!!

We recently had a person with Outsurance cover negligently drive into our vehicle. We first had trouble submitting the forms because although they sent us a notification acknowledging the receipt of the requested documentation, on enquiry(when we heard nothing from them) they alleged that it was not their fault that they have an automated response to documents forwarded but AND THIS IS THE RIDICULOUS PART: they did not receive any documents and could not contact me to inform me(ALTHOUGH I SENT THE INFORMATION FROM MY E-MAIL ACCOUNT)<br> <br> They further also instruct their clients not to admit liability/ negligence at an accident scene. WOW, I am appalled. <br> <br> To this date we have not received any positive feedback and am I seriously considering going to every single newspaper to tell our story.<br> <br> I feel sorry for the poor fella who uses their insurance because now due to their attitude towards our claim we are left with the only other recourse: to open a ******** charge for reckless driving against their client and also a civil suit. JUST BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HANDLE OUR CLAIM. Their red tape is also designed to really frustate a claimant.<br> <br>
