Outsurance really disappoints :(

Place a clam for my new Samsung note 4, took Outsurance over 2 weeks to get back to me im still waiting for a call from there manage who called while i was in a meeting and has not called back i called there office and they said sorry i cannot forward you to a manager? i bout my new note 4 from samsung retailing at 11 800 i covered it for 12 000, Outsurance wants to cover me for only 9000 rand ? i cant even by a new phone for that ? i also have a 18 000 laptop i use for my business and that is covered for set price. they said they will only cover me for its market value? now any one know that computer tech depreciates really fast and your new tech soon becomes old or they just stop making it. I was told when i app**** for this insurance that they would cover me for the full amount i asked the above question because i needed to know they assured me that i will be covered for the full price of the item. Now I've been highly patent with them waiting over 2 weeks to get my new phone witch i use for my business calls and personal calls. They don't want to cover me for the currant market value of my phone? I'm going to be canceling my insurance recommend you do to if you read this.
