Outsurance raw deal

I signed up with outsurance two months ago and last month on the 17th of October I had an accident with my car they rejected my claim based on a questions posed to me at the time which asked if I had an accident in the past three years all my answers were no because I had acquired my licence on April 2022. I feel prejudiced by outsurance as they look for loopholes not to pay. They also phoned me to say they cancelled my policy and they would refund me in 24 hours which they never did taking into consideration that I had to fix my car on my own. Fellow South Africans be careful of such insurance companies
