Outsurance R500/R1500 a ****???

On 19/08/2020 I received a call from Outsurance for a car insurance quote. But their quote turned out to be more expensive than my current insurance. The guy then told me that I was ligiable for R500 Promotion reward and that I would receive an email with a link for me to claim. Whilst still on the I revived an sms with an OTP I was supposed to use for the reward but I never received the email. After a few hours I emailed the guy who then told me that there was a problem with summit docs or something, he even sent me a chain of email to show that he escalated the matter. On 24/08/200 I emailed the guy to follow up but to this day I have not received the response nor the email with the link that I was promised
