OUTsurance R500 promotion a lie
OUTsurance contacted me for their R500/R1500 promotion, to which they couldn't match the current car insurance premium I have. I submitted all the documents and details they required. I even followed up, and I was told to re-submit the info again, which I did. A few days later, I sent an email to find out the progress, and to this day, nothing from them. Is this false advertising to get customers?
