Outsurance R500 Link ****
Outsurance R500 Promo is a ****. They waste your time trying to beat your insurance premium over the phone, then they send you a link to retrieve the R500 they promised at the beginning of the call if they can't beat your current insurance.
They sent me the link and on using the link on both my phone and my laptop, I can't seem to upload my policy schedule even though it is the correct file type. This error continues and I can imagine how many people leave it because you realise its a waste of time.
The link does not work and its just a ****, they get your policy schedule but say that your file type is incorrect. Then the only contact information is an email where they never respond until you just give up.
Outsurance needs to stop this ****.
