Outsurance R500 lie

This morning at 08:48 I received a call from one of their sales representatives, he said he wants to do a quotation for me for my households contents and he said he will beat my current insurer and if he can't he will pay me R500 as advertised on TV. So I spent a whole hour listening to him and answering his questions and then when he saw that he is failing to beat my insurer's premium he said he will send me a link that I can use to get the money transferred to my account. After that he just disappeared and I just got an email for me to do a customer care survey where i said that the service was very bad, then a lady phoned and said she will also send me her details but guess what she has not called back or sent any messages. They are real ***** and ********; all of them cause when you phone they keep saying someone will call you back but nobody phones....so disappointed
