Outsurance R500 claim a farce
I phoned Outsurance for a quote - they came in R1000 more than I am paying now. So they owe me R500, right? WRONG! As I am not the prime policy holder of my current policy, I cannot claim the money. No where was it stated that I had to be the prime policy holder, as my car is insured on my friend's policy.
