Outsurance R500 Challenge

I took the R500 challenge with Outsurance and even though they could not beat my current premium, the feedback and service I had received from their sales agent and (I think supervisor), Haseena Naidoo was very commendable. She called and e-mailed to ensure I understood what they needed to try and match and also to get clarity to ensure they did not overlook any details. Very friendly, pleasant and went the extra mile!
