Outsurance R500 ****
Outsurance R500 promotion is a total ****. They were not able to beat my insurance premium back in 2020 & failed to honour their promotion by not emailing the link to claim the R500. Yesterday the same thing happened, their quote was higher than what I am currently paying & I received an SMS stating that a link & instructions to claim will be emailed, with an OTP provided to complete an online form. I am still awaiting the email to claim, again.
