Outsurance R400/R800 promotion

I received a call from Outsurance and the agent informed me that I would be eligible for a R400/R800 cash reward if they cant beat my existing insurance premium. I spend a good couple of minutes and after the conversation it became evident that Outsurance cant beat my existing premium. I received a SMS stating that a link and further instructions will be sent via email - this SMS was received on the 3rd of July 2019. To date I have not received any emails with links from Outsurance. Looking at the comments raised on HelloPeter it seems like a norm for Outsurance to operate like this with the R400/R800 promotion. I must admit that I am disappointed in Outsurance for this service - I am an ex-Outsurance customer and never had any issues with them up to now.
