Outsurance R400/R800 Promotion

I was on the phone on the phone for almost an hour with Outsurance on the 7th February 2019 to obtain a quote for personal car insurance. Since i know from adverti*****t that if they can't beat my current premium i get a chance to get R400 and R800 if i never claimed for the past 3 years. so i asked the consultant about it after processing the quotation and find that they can't beat my current premium i am still waiting for a call that i was told i will receive.

Is this promotion still valid or is just used to get customers?
