Outsurance R400/R800 bonus
Good day.
I have submitted a request for a quotation yesterday with outsurance, they called me back within 2 minutes after submitting the request. The consultant was very friendly and helpful, no complaints towards Redgie. But unfortunately outsurance didn't beat my current monthly insurance for the same vehicle and home content even after they have included the discount (increasing the excess payments).
After the quotation have been done and I didn't accept it because it is more expensive that I am currently paying, the consultant didn't mention anything about the R400 and additional R400 for 3 + years no claim.
Is there anyone that can assist in this matter please? I didn't request a quote for this reason, but I just feel it is fair if they run this promotion they must fulfill their promises.
