Outsurance R400/800 payment promo

Two levels of experience here. When I turned the quote down there was no offer to me to take advantage of the promo and when I went back later, it took some hassle to get to the point where I could actually submit a claim. Thereafter person who was dealing with my claim was helpful and patient and went so far as to make a decision (I assume, ie: no referral up the line) based on no claims info in my existing policy docs (I mailed images of same in) as opposed to deciding from the required letter from my existing insurer regarding claims history (which the would not provide) . So, the first experiences have dragged down the rating somewhat but am happy with subsequent interactions, outcomes and bank account credit
