Outsurance R400 **** or What??

I was contacted by pursuance and l dedicated almost an hour of my day to hopefully get either a better deal on my car insurance or R400. I spoke to Lebo and she mentioned she was from Gauteng. We had a long conversation and she was actually very nice and professional and l though to myself l would love to be associated with a company with such friendly staff. To my surprise we ended the call after she could not beat my insurance ammount but after an hour long conversation l thought aghk at least lm getting the R400 but nope. I was meant to receive a link via sms to claim the money but here am l 2 days later...no sms or email from outsurance...was l ****med??
