Outsurance R400 - R800 ****?

<p>On Wednesday 8 February 2017 (the day before taking delivery of my new car), I filled in an online quote request on the OUTsurance website, within seconds a service representative called me back. After over 50 minutes on the telephone taking down all my details, the OUTsurance sales representative quoted a premium of R250 more than what I am currently paying for my insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>I queried this and he then managed to bring it down closer to a difference of R200. I confirmed with him that this was far too much and thanked him, he then said his goodbyes prior to me querying the SUPPOSED R400 due to be paid to me for this 50 minutes of my life.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this just another false advertising gimic by OUTsurance? Quite appalling actually. </p>
