Outsurance R400 promotion a SPAM!!!

I sms'ed Outsurance for their R400.00 promotion hoping that they will beat my current insurance quote, i got a call immediately but they couldnt beat my current premium, they were even R700.00 more expensive than my current insurance. i told them that since they can beat my current premium i want the R400.00. the guy said he will send me a link to claim it. i did follow the link and even upload my current policy schedule, they said an agent will get back to me, but its been 3 days now and no one has called me yet, i called them to ask why they were not paying me the R400 but i was told that the promotion agents a very busy they will get back to me. I cant believe Outsurance can stoop so low as a respected brand. they just promise what they cannot do, im so ****ed!!!!!!!!!!
