Outsurance R400 Promotion

<p>I was contacted by a number of Outsurance consultants offering to beat my current car insurance premium during their R400 promotion. After I made time for them and the quote was completed they couldn't beat my current premiums; thus making me eligible for the R400 promotion. I was told that I would receive an email with instructions to be followed in order to make my promotion claim, which I did receive (on the 4th of October 2016). After I had followed all the instructions attached to the email the claim was not processed, the system continually freezes whenever I have to input my one time pin which is sent to my phone in order to access my quote profile and submit the necessary documents. I've been trying to get a hold of the promotion consultants (Refilwe) the whole morning today following emails and phone calls to different consultants at Outsurance for possible assistance. I've been trying to process this promotion claim since the 4th of October, bearing in mind that the promotion is valid for only 30 days after the quotation is done.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm extremely disappointed with OUTSURANCE, firstly I was contacted I did not call them, secondly I took my time to complete the telephonic quote and as a consultant I’m payed by the hour (and time is money) and finally, I was hoping that the promotion **** was not true but judging by how poorly this matter is being handled - I'm afraid that OUTSURANCE is not reliable</p>
