OUTSURANCE R400 payback ****

Outsurance claims to pay you R400 if they can't beat your claim, well it's been 3 days now and I am still waiting for the link where I need to upload my policy schedule in order to claim my R400, as the premium they offered my was R2300 more / 59% higher than my current premium, more than double mind you.

The call centre agent said she will send me a link to my email where I should upload my policy document, I received an OTP via sms, but no link to date (3 days later). When I called to follow up I was told someone will call me back (NO CALL RECEIVED TO DATE). I complete the contact me option on their website, but nobody has contacted me.

I suppose this is how they get out of paying for the lies they are spreading on adverts :-(
