Outsurance R400 joke

I got a call from Outsurance asking if they could quote me to see if they can beat my current insurance. Their adds clearly say "if we cannot beat your CURRENT insurance we will give you R400". this is very misleading, because they could not beat my current insurance and then had long stories as to why they cannot pay the R400/R800. I submitted all the details as request then got a nice mail saying, i dont qualify.

I am very glad that i am not an Outsurance client. if they look for loop holes over R400, what do they do when it comes to claims of R40 000.
