Outsurance R400 if they cant beat quote - ********

I phoned Outsurance last year in April, and they could not beat my quote. Apart form taking 3 weeks to send me the necessary documentation to me, I was paid the R400. Then in November the same year when I phoned them, they still could not beat my premium. BUT the consultant said that I can only claim the R400 every 6 months, so i left it there. Very curious if they could finally beat my insurance premium, I sent a sms yesterday and requested a new quotation. Even with out my house contents, and some other specified items, they were still about R1100 more expensive that my current insurer. When the consultant realized that they can't beat my premium, he wanted to sell me another product. When I asked him about my R400 pay out, he informed me that you can only claim this once, and never again. Today they phoned me back, after listening to my previous call, and did in fact find that the consultant did say that I can only claim every 6 months, they still cant pay the R400. They advised that the previous consultant has been sanctioned, but they still refuse to pay the R400. Who's fault is it that I have been given the wrong information? I WILL NEVER EVEN TRY OUTSURANCE AGAIN!
