Outsurance R400 cashback a sham

<p>Outsurance launched a major ad campaign that promises to give you a lower insurance quote as compared to your current insurer, however when they fail to do so, they send you from pillar to post or ignore you point ignore you.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was assisted by Merinda Masuku to get an insurance quote, however she became uninterested to continue assisting me after I pointed out that I had a better offer with my insurer. She was reluctant to offer the R400 outsurance claims to payout when they fail to beat your current insurer and simply ended the interaction.</p> <p> </p> <p>Another consultant call me a week later, to ask about my quote, after I stated what had happened with Merinda, she sent me a message that stated that I will receive an email and promised that someone would get into contact with me. Neither happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>They do not have genuine concern for their clients. They are only interested in growing their own numbers. I found great arrogance in the way I was treated.</p>
