Outsurance R400 cash payment

Outsurance claims to give you R400 if they can't beat current premium. A few years ago Outsurance called me and they couldn't beat my premium, i was called by the manager then another manager of the manger" I tried it again l "ast month and they couldn't beat it again. The funny thing is the were not just expensive, but EXTREMELY expensive. It seems these people/company just select a few people for marketing so that they can lie to us.

It is a pity we could not have offered you a saving.

Our rating is affected by a variety of factors and do offer savings to a substantial amount of clients. We also say if we can't beat your current premium you are currently paying, we will pay you an amount of R400. Further to that, if you have been claim free for the past 3 years, we will pay you a further R400.

Refilwe from our promotion team tried to reach you and proceeded by sending you an email to assist with the promotion.

Good day,
R400 is paid. My understanding is that if I am claim free for 3 years there is an extra R400 to be paid to me. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
