OUTsurance R400 car insurance quote promotion

I called outsurance for a quote last year October 2014 for a car insurance quote. And they were too expensive as I did not have any history with any insurance. <br> <br> Then called this year on the 25th February 2015 requesting a car insurance quote as i now have a year history being insured. Then the quote came up too expensive than last years and as per their advert i requested the R400 because they could not beat my current insurance premiums. <br> <br> I was told that an e-mail was sent to me to fill up some info so that they can pay me. And I never received the e-mail. I waited for a week and then followed up with Outsurance, another lady helped me and also confirmed she has sent an e-mail for me to fill up to claim the money, and I also did not received it. Then I called for the 3rd time, Brilliant then assisted but he wanted me to take one of their insurance to be able to receive the R400 and I would use the R400 to pay the premiums for 3 months or so. I refused to take the insurance then he later told me that I cannot receive the R400 pay out as I was suppose to have claimed last year when I first called. I was very disappointed. :-(<br> <br> FALSE ADVERTISING IS NOT RIGHT!!!!<br> <br> <br>
