Outsurance R400 back ad is false advertising

On the 23rd January this year I contacted Outsurance to obtain a quote for mine & my partners cars. I used their online system to get a call back clicking on the ad about beating your current quote or get R400 cash back. Well they were almost R500 more than my current insurer & the lady on the phone did not offer me the R400, she just said words to the effect of \\Oh sorry
