Outsurance R400 Ad False

Hi, On the 21st January 2015 i was reviewing my current insurance and completed the Outsurance online forms. A call centre agent called me and provided me with a quote, when i asked her for the quote in writing she e-mailed it to me. I also contacted King Price and MiWay. The agent called me back in the week to enquire whether i have decided to take the new insurance and i mentioned that i was also looking at King Price. I did not like the way they commented on another company for me, that stands out badly. The real crux of the matter is when i mentioned that i had decided to go with MiWay becasue they were cheaper the agent did not comment but was about to say bye, when i asked about the R400 if i had found cheaper insurance. She gave me a story that the R400 is only applicable to exisitng customers and not new ones. The agent was Stacy Ndlovu. Outsurance is advertising falsely and misleading the public you spend so many minutes with them on the phone and you obtain service which is not as advertised. Outsurance needs to review their ads, I was very disappointed and will not call Outsurance in the future should i require any insurance quotes.
