Outsurance R200 R400 ****

Outsurance lies and manipulation R200 R400 offer! I called outsurance twice, once during the R200 and once during the R400 beat your car insurance promotion... And if they had beaten my premium I would've changed to them.....BUT! During the R200 promotion they did not beat my quote.....so I asked for my R200....the operator referred me to the manager and he arrogantly asked me if I had called for insurance or to make a quick buck!!! The audacity!

The second time, during the R400 promo again they didnt beat my figure and again the call was handed to a manager.....they said they would investigate and call me back.they called me back and told me that the operator had not beaten my quote and had made me a false promise and they would deal with it internally....I asked for my R400.....they refused.

The calls are recorded,so they can't deny this.

I have heard of similar stories from friends and colleagues, I have also heard of oayments happening, but only after repeated calls, follow ups and even paperwork.....

What kind of *** is this, shame on you outsurance!

This is a **** and lies and manipulation....I will never be a client of outsurance or its partners.and I tell everyone who wants to phone them for their ever increasing promo ammount.

Good day Jean R,  It would be ludicrous for us to falsely advertise,  we have paid out millions in the quote promotion.  In October 2019 we assisted you with a quotation for your vehicle. At that stage you were advised that you don’t qualify for the quote promotion and we discussed our Ts and Cs in detail with you.  After reading your latest complaint regarding the 2019 quotation, we escalated the matter to Nicole our sales manager.  Nicole contacted you to discuss what had transpired in 2019 and she addressed your concerns. Unfortunately at that stage you were not insured for 30 days or more therefore you did not qualify for the promotion.  As per our Ts and Cs, in order to qualify for the R500 (R400 at that stage), you need to be insured with your current insurer for 30 days or more.  We do apologise for the disappointment.  Regards, OUTsurance
