Outsurance R1500 sham advertising
The OUTsurance R1500 Quote Promotion in their website is a sham. One of their Consultants, Bradley Johnson, requested that I send my NCL and Policy Schedule after they could not beat my current insurance, which I did.
He then told me to send a claims history letter and when I called my insurance, they asserted that an NCL and claims history means the same thing, meaning OUTSURANCE doesn't wanna pay for ********* promotion.
I need them to explain to me what is the difference between an NCL and claims history letter.
