OUTSURANCE R 500 BACK PROMO

I bought a new car January and took miway insurance. Later on I received an email from outsurance claiming that they can beat my current insurance and if not i will get R 500 cash back. They failed to beat my current insurance and their quote was ridiculously high and I was sent a link with OTP to claim for the R 500. However, the link I was sent says nothing about claiming for R 500 but provides for existing customers and the OTP expires and when you ask to be sent another OTP it will never be sent. I called OUTsurance again, the link was sent but still the same issue. i think it's false advertising because why make it hard to claim the R 500?
