Outsurance Quote Promotion
Outsurance quote promotion is not what it claim to be. I have been contacted twice for a car insurance quote which they could not beat my current insurer. They sent me the link so i can submit what they needed to process the funds. After submitting the docs they needed i then submitted but got an unexpected error. I contacted the call centre as instructed and they send a new link the next day, i had the same problem and called the call centre again. This time the consultant said he will let one of the IT guys phone me. I am still waiting to be called.

28 Feb 2024, 16:11Thank you for your response, yes she did contact me. I gave her the OTP so she could acces the link and she took my particulars. She was gonna send me an email address where I was gonna send my current insurance schedule to but did not. I dont know where to send the schedule to.
