Outsurance quote pay-out email link NOT RECEIVED 48HRS LATER - ***

On Monday, 25 January 2020 I SMS Out to the number 40019 as advertised on the radio. An Outsurance consultant immediately phoned back.

We did a quote and Outsurance could not beat my current insurer, therefore, I requested the R1500.00 as advertised and I have been with the same insurer for more than 3 years and claim-free.

The consultant Tshego said she would send me an email with the link and the quote for me to attach my current policy details and claim for the money.

She has sent the email from her side but I have not received it 2 days later, I even asked her to use my work email to no avail.

Can someone from the promotions department assist me as she could not get hold of them when I was on the phone with her.
