Outsurance puts your life at risk by not following good practise when repairing your vehicle after an accident! They will only replace 1 front tyre, 1 front shock, and even then they will not replace the shock mount or bearing, which is good practise. Not having the 2 front shocks of the same age and wear is unsafe and not good practise. Same for tyres with different tread patterns and wear characteristics.

Platitudes! Your advisor told me to find scientific proof with documentation that driving with shocks of unequal wear is unsafe! Clearly, outsurance does not care about the safety of their customers after a repair they are responsible for and for which I pay an insurance premium for....
