OUTSURANCE = Putrate Service

Putrate service an absolute unpleasant experience. I was involved in an accident with a lady insured by OUTSURANCE making me a third party on the 14/02/2019 and to date this claim has not been finalized a complete run around with the claims handler in the legal department. Everytime she has a different story as to why this is not finalized to date not sure if teamwork is a problem communication or if it’s just pure incompetence.
