Outsurance - Put your money where your mouth is

Was contacted by a marketing agent with a quote for my vehicle insurance. Outsurance could not beat my current insurance. The agent told me I qualify for their reward (R400/R800) and that details of how to claim would be emailed to me. This was on Wednesday 16th October. I received the OTP by sms that same day, no email was forthcoming. Called Outsurance on Friday to query, guess what I'm still waiting. Outsurance obviously cannot put the money where their mouth is.
